Although its still much heavier than my Kinvaras and Trail Gloves (obviously). I suppose there isn't an Asics shoe to fit the bill. I'll just buy the Kinvara 2's or maybe the Hattori's. "This is how it has always been so we shouldn't change" is another way of saying your company is not interested in innovation. They used to think that blood letting helped get rid of disease. They continued the practice until someone came up with a safer and more effective way.

furious even. I could feel that something in the shoe was changing my gait and foot strike in a way that my body didn't want to move. So I closeted my Brooks and ASICS and dusted off my Kinvaras. Another week off and I went out for a comfortable (but slow) 12 mile run on even terrain. No pain. That was 15 days ago.
